What it is for
The depth is set so only the head is drilled. The #40, #30 and #21 sizes match the 3/32", 1/8" and 5/32" rivet holes on the drill chart; the #10 is the 3/16" cleco size there, not the #11 rivet hole.
The bits share the 1/4"-28 thread of the threaded drill bits.
