Notes from the standard
- Construction: seamless synthetic rubber inner tube reinforced by one fiber braid and one high tensile steel wire braid; outer cover of fiber braid impregnated with oil and mildew resistant rubber adhesive.
- Operating temperature -65°F to +250°F. Application: aircraft hydraulic, coolant, pneumatic, oil and fuel systems (specified in MS33620).
- Assembly number: base 111417, size and fitting material code (-8D: D after the size for -8 and larger), assembly length in inches then eighths of an inch (018 5 = 18-5/8 in).
- Pressures in psi, sizes in dash numbers (sixteenths of an inch of hose I.D.), as listed.
