Notes from the maker
- Jaw adjustment: push fastener through nosepiece; to grab the stem unthread sleeve until desired jaw hold; to release thread sleeve in; lock with Jam Nut.
- Mounting: attach riveter to air source; place spring into riveter piston; thread and tighten collet assembly onto piston; thread in sleeve assy and lock with Jam Nut.
- Clean/inspect nosepiece, jaws, collet and spring every 1000 installations or on failure; replace spring and jaws if worn. Lubricate outside of jaws with Lubriplate or similar light grease. Use Loctite 242 (removable) on all threaded components except as shown (do not apply Loctite on the marked threads of the sleeve).
