Notes from the maker
- Due to riveter power/stroke limits some grip lengths may need double triggering, longer grips may need a different riveter.
- Mounting: attach riveter to air source for piston positioning; insert spring into riveter head piston; place jaws inside collet; place bumper over jaw follower and put this assembly into collet against jaws; tighten with wrench; thread sleeve snugly into head cylinder and tighten with jam nut; cycle tool.
- Inspect active area regularly. Clean insert, jaws and jaw cavity inside collet every 1,000 installations. Lubricate outside of jaws with Lubriplate or similar light grease.
