Notes from the maker
- Mounting: attach riveter to air source; place jaw follower and spring into riveter piston; thread and tighten collet assembly onto piston; thread in sleeve and lock with jam nut.
- Clean and inspect nosepiece, jaws, collet & spring every 1000 installations or whenever a failure occurs; replace spring and jaws if worn. Lubricate outside of jaws with Lubriplate or similar light grease. Loctite 242 (removable) on threaded components (items 1 and 2); align jaws with jaw follower (items 5 and 6).
