Notes from the maker
- Caution: do not use thread locker (Loctite) on the Drawbar and Jam Nut internal threads.
- Lock sleeve in position with the jam nut.
- Clean insert, jaws and jaw cavity inside collet every 1,000 installations. Lubricate jaws with Lubriplate or similar light grease. Use Loctite 242 (removable) on threaded components as shown.
