Notes from the maker
- Replace items 1 and 4 per the fastener to install (Table 1)
- Mounting: depress pressure release button of riveter, ensure piston fully returned; place stem stop & spring inside riveter piston (watch stem stop orientation); thread and tighten collet assembly onto riveter piston.
- Jaws: 652-043 for HD800-8 and HD800-8A; 865C25 for HD800-8MB and -8MBU; 744C76 for HD800-6MBU and -6MB
- Clean and inspect nosepiece, jaw and collet spring every 1000 installations or whenever a failure occurs. Lubricate outside of jaws with Lubriplate or similar light grease. Loctite 242 on threaded components. Watch stem stop (item 8) position/orientation on reassembly.
