Notes from the maker
- Regulated air source not to exceed 110 psi.
- Push drawbolt assembly forward before mounting; hold forward while threading pulling head onto riveter (both internal and external threads connected); lock with jam-nut; cycle tool.
- Remove broken stem by hand after each installation.
- Inspect active area regularly. Clean insert, jaws and jaw cavity inside collet every 1,000 installations. Lubricate outside of jaws with Lubriplate or similar. Loctite 242 (removable) on threaded components as shown. At assembly thread in set-screws tightly (item 16).
