Notes from the maker
- Mounting: push collet bolt assembly forward; engage 1-2 threads of drawbolt (18) onto riveter piston before threading adapter fitting (19); tighten jam nut (20) to lock orientation; cycle tool.
- Do not install if tooling worn or damaged.
- Clean sleeve, pilot, jaw set and collet every 1,000 installations or on failure; wire brush for copper deposits in jaw set. Lubricate outside of jaw set with Lubriplate or similar light lubricant.
