Notes from the maker
- Mounting on G83/G84: remove Bayonet Adapter (700-211) and replace with Adapter item 10; assemble collet with internal components onto riveter piston; thread Sleeve (item 1) onto adapter (item 10) and tighten with Jam Nut (item 9).
- Nosepiece/sleeve: no separate nosepiece part; outside sleeve 652-045 is item 1.
- Item 11 alternate jaw follower: caution, will not accept -8 diameter MAXIBOLTs.
- Clean collet and jaws every 1,000 installations. Lubricate conical surface of jaws before reassembly. Check internal components (especially springs) for wear. Loctite 242 on all threads (except riveter piston).
