Notes from the maker

  • * Items 11, 12, 13 make up the 749A50 Adapter. Without the 749A50 Adapter the head fits G-744 and G-846 power riveters.
  • Assembly: jaws (5), jaw follower (6) and O-rings (7) inside collet (4); stem stop (8) and O-rings (9) inside jaw follower; screw collet adapter (10) into collet; drawbolt adapter (11) into collet adapter; sleeve adapter (12) into riveter end plug, tighten jam nut (13); nosepiece (1) into sleeve (2), tighten jam nut (3).
  • Keep pulling head clean especially around riveting end; adhesives, chips, sealants clog jaw serrations and cause stem slippage.
